We come out and walk the space with you. We look at desk count, furniture types, what's coming, what's being disposed of. From this we work out vehicle numbers, crew numbers and timings.

Packing materials and crate hire

Office moves work better with crates than cardboard boxes. We deliver labelled plastic crates ahead of time, your team packs them up over the week, we collect them on the move and return after. Saves time, saves cardboard, saves your back.

Furniture dismantle and reassemble

Desks, partitions, meeting tables, bookshelves, modular storage — we dismantle, label, transport, and reassemble at the new place. Everything goes back where you want it, ready to use.

IT equipment handling

Monitors, towers, comms equipment, server kit — properly wrapped, properly secured, properly handled. We can coordinate with your IT team or external IT provider so the right kit ends up at the right desk and ready to plug back in.

Weekend and out-of-hours execution

Most of our office moves happen on a Friday evening through to Sunday so the business is operational on Monday. We work the hours you need us to.

Out-of-hours moves available

Evening, weekend or overnight moves so your office isn’t disrupted during business hours. We’re flexible around your team’s schedule and your operational needs.

Old-site clearance

It depends entirely on the size of your office and the complexity of the move. We won't pretend otherwise — flat “office removal” pricing on the internet is almost always wrong. Here's a rough guide to what to expect:

Small office (up to 10 staff)

One-room studio, small consultancy, design studio. Typically 1–2 vans, 3–4 crew, completed in one day.

  • From £500–£1,200

Medium office (10–30 staff)

Single-floor office, multiple meeting rooms, server room. Typically 2–3 vans, weekend execution.

  • From £1,500–£3,000

Larger office (30+ staff)

Multi-floor or large floor-plate office, complex IT setup, phased execution. Site survey essential for accurate pricing.

  • From £3,000+ — quoted per project
